Mini Garlic Herb Biscuit Bites Recipe (Gluten Free, Keto Friendly)

I’ve never been much of a bread or bun person…but I recently started making these garlic and herb biscuits, and I am OBSESSED. They are the perfect side addition to any soup or meal with a yummy sauce you don’t want to leave behind.

I’ve seen similar biscuits made much bigger than this before, but I prefer the mini ones so that you’re not committed to a full-sized biscuit if you just want a touch more. I’ve also made the recipe quite large because I prefer to have extras to freeze. Feel free to halve the recipe if you really only want a modest number of biscuits.

Now: get ready for some garlic and herb deliciousness!!!

I’m not going to lie - the herbs are a bit of a choose your own adventure situation. I certainly don’t follow this religiously, and you can easily swap out things for your favourite herbs and spices…as long as the chemistry basics are still there!
